Seamm is a Phygital marketplace where every fashion piece has 3D twin. Kostya played a key role in launching and developing all company products, contributing both as an individual contributor and a collaborative team player while managing internal and external resources.
Seamm Apps
Researched and implemented 10+ new features, including Digital Product Passports, 3D twins, AR Try-on, 3D customization, transfer to digital worlds (metaverses and video games).
Built a new multi-platform design system (components, variables, tokens) from the ground up, designing iOS/Android app mockups, including a white-label solution.

Launched the seamm.io e-commerce marketplace together with an external design team (up to 1.3K MAU).
